Partnership allows AIM Program to serve more students
Vanguard Sentinel Career & Technology Centers (VSCTC) is excited to announce the expansion of AIM Career Technical Education in partnership with North Central Academy (NCA) to a new location at the North Central Academy in Tiffin, Ohio. This is made possible through a collaboration between the North Central Ohio Educational Service Center (NCOESC), NCA and VSCTC organizations with the goal of providing more students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in today’s competitive job market.
The expanded program will initially focus on the areas of construction/manufacturing, and healthcare, and will equip students with hands-on experience and practical skills. This initiative underscores the commitment of these organizations to prepare the next generation of professionals and bridge the skills gap for the employers in our community.
“We are thrilled that the value and importance of Career Technical Education is being recognized and more students will have the opportunity to gain skills they need for meaningful careers,” said Greg Edinger, Superintendent of VSCTC. “Our partnership with NCOESC and NCA has been instrumental in making this possible.”

The AIM program has already seen significant success and growth in the Fremont location, with many students securing employment or continuing their education in their chosen fields. The NCA location in Tiffin will use the same model with full implementation expected for the 2025-2026 school year.
