Seneca County Museum offers Christmas art class

TIFFIN – The Seneca County Museum will offer a Christmas Watercolor Class at the museum on Sat., Dec. 9 at 10 a.m. Students will learn the step-by-step process of creating a snowy winter scene. Cost is $40 and includes all art supplies.
