Commissioner Frankart among volunteers at NOAH Foundation dinner

NOAH Foundation serves Christmas dinner to over 800 locals

Santa is all smiles at the NOAH Foundation Christmas Day Dinner.

Santa made one final stop in Tiffin before heading back to the North Pole on Christmas Day. He had a group of very special elves helping spread joy on what could have been a lonely day for many local residents. Santa greeted children during the 16th Annual NOAH Foundation of Ohio Community Christmas Day Dinner held at Camden Falls Reception & Conference Center.

Each year, the NOAH (No One Alone or Hungry) Foundation provides a free community dinner to ensure local residents have a place to find connection on Christmas. Over 800 people were served Christmas dinner this year.

Former Seneca County Commissioner Mike Kerschner, left, and current Seneca County Commissioner Bill Frankart were among the dozens of volunteers at the NOAH Foundation Christmas dinner.

Among the dozens of volunteers who gave up part of their Christmas to serve at the event were Seneca County Commissioner Bill Frankart, his wife, Janet Frankart, and their daughter, Kayla Frankart. The event was truly a collaborative effort that included the staff of Camden Falls, past and present community leaders, and SCAT, which provided transportation.

Christmas Carolers brought extra joy to the NOAH Foundation dinner.

“On behalf of the commissioners past and present, we really enjoy spreading the Christmas spirit and joy in our community,” Commissioner Frankart said.
