Seneca County Commissioner Bill Frankart will be among the celebrity chefs competing at For the Love of Food Cooking Show on Feb. 8.

It’s all about cooking and baking – and showing a little love to help the community – at For the Love of Food Cooking Show hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Tiffin on Thursday, Feb. 8. The event will feature several celebrity chefs, including Seneca County Commissioner Bill Frankart and Chief David Pauly of the Tiffin Police Department.

Attendees can peruse the booths of local businesses, enjoy free samples, win door prizes and bid in a dessert auction.

“This is my second year participating in the show. I really enjoyed it last year, and it’s a great fundraiser for the Kiwanis,” said Commissioner Frankart, who recently joined the Kiwanis Club of Tiffin. “I’m looking forward to seeing everyone again this year.”

For the Love of Food Cooking Show will be held in the Tiffin Columbian Auditorium. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the cooking show begins at 7 p.m. Tickets cost $10 and can be purchased at Kiwanis Manor, the Tiffin City Schools Administration Building, and Superior Credit Union. For more information or to reserve a spot for a booth, email tiffinkiwanis@gmail.com.
