Seneca County, Ohio – The Seneca County Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security is excited to announce the availability of funding opportunities through the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) and Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) programs. These grants are aimed at enhancing the resilience of communities in Seneca County to natural disasters, with a specific focus on mitigating the risks associated with flooding.
