WTOL interviews Sen. Bill Reineke and Commissioner Frankart about landfill expansion

State Senator Bill Reineke and Seneca County Commissioner Bill Frankart continue to fight the proposed expansion of WIN Waste Innovations’ landfill in Fostoria, formerly known as Sunny Farms Landfill. In a Feb. 20 interview with WTOL Journalist Jon Monk, Senator Reineke and Commissioner Frankart gave voice to the hundreds of constituents in Fostoria and across the county who fear an expansion will increase potential health risks and further damage their quality of life.
