Seneca County Commissioners walk in Tiffin-Seneca Heritage Festival Parade
The Seneca County Commissioners brought the sunshine to the Tiffin-Seneca Heritage Festival Parade on Sept. 21. The commissioners, members of the Seneca County Bicentennial Committee, other elected officials, and family members helped promote Seneca County’s 200th birthday.
