Seneca County Master Gardeners to host free workshop

Join the Seneca County Master Gardener Association for a free workshop discussing gardening tips for your plants heading into fall and winter. The event will be on Oct. 2 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Tiffin-Seneca Public Library, located at 77 Jefferson St. in Tiffin. Susan Carty, PhD, Biology College Heidelberg Professor Emerita, will headline the event and present a talk on Putting Your Garden to Bed. Master Gardener volunteers will also be doing presentations. Susan King will talk about Transitioning Your Plants Back Indoors, and a Winter Sowing Demonstration will be presented by Susan Nighswander. The event is open to the public and free for all to attend.
