A double rainbow popped out above Seneca County EMS Administrative Assistant Lynn Love, left, and Seneca County Commissioner Bill Frankart, right, after they left an Attica Independent Fair Board meeting on June 5. Love provided EMS updates, and Frankart stopped by to connect with fair board members and enquire if they needed anything from the commissioners’ office.
