Time is running out for absentee voting

Seneca County Board of Elections extends hours to accommodate absentee voters

There is limited time left to take advantage of in-person, absentee voting. The Seneca County Board of Elections, located at 71 S. Washington St. in Tiffin, is open for absentee voting on the following days:

 

Tuesday, Oct. 31 – 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 1 through Friday, Nov. 3 – 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 4 – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Sunday, Nov. 5 – 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 6 – No absentee voting available

 

Please note that absentee voting is not available on Monday, Nov. 6.

“The last chance for absentee voting is Sunday,” said Seneca County Board of Elections Director, Lori Elchert.

On Election Day – Tuesday, Nov. 7 – polling locations will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Election Day voting cannot be completed at the Board of Elections but is only available at polling locations.
