Commissioners close on Advertiser-Tribune building

Seneca County Commissioners Bill Frankart, Anthony Paradiso and Tyler Shuff gathered at Assured Title in Tiffin on April 11 for the official closing on the Advertiser-Tribune building. The building, located at 320 Nelson St. in Tiffin, will be renovated for use as the future Ag facility and will house the county’s Soil and Water Conservation District, USDA and OSU Extension offices. Commissioner Frankart led the building search project and signed the closing documents.

“This is a great move for the county,” he said. “This will provide more practical and efficient space for the future of our Ag agencies.”
