Ringing in Christmas benevolence

Seneca County Commissioner Bill Frankart volunteered to ring the bell for The Salvation Army at Bassett’s Market in Tiffin on Dec. 20. Commissioner Frankart is one of many local residents who set aside time during the busy holiday season to help collect much-needed donations for The Salvation Army.

“We live in a great community, and people are very generous this year,” Commissioner Frankart said. “I appreciate all the support for The Salvation Army.
