Seneca County Commissioners join Christmas festivities

Seneca County Commissioners Bill Frankart and Tyler Shuff enjoyed holiday festivities across Seneca County on Dec. 2. Commissioner Frankart’s family joined them in the Tiffin Kiwanis Christmas Parade, and then the Frankart family headed to Fostoria for the Holiday Sip & Shop at the Fostoria Learning Center.
