Fireworks light up a very wet Tiffin

Seneca County Commissioner Bill Frankart and his wife, Janet Frankart, joined the hundreds of people who waited out the rain to watch the fireworks at the annual Independence Day celebration at Hedges-Boyer Park on July 4.

“There was a good turnout for the fireworks at Hedges-Boyer Park, even with a rainy evening before it started,” Commissioner Frankart said. “Fortunately enough, the clouds opened up in time for a dynamic show.”
