Cool discusses living near the WIN Waste Innovations landfill

JD Pooley, a multimedia journalist with 13abc, interviewed Fostoria resident Mike Cool for a 13 Action News segment about the upcoming public comment meeting regarding expansion plans at WIN Waste Innovations’ landfill, formerly called Sunny Farms Landfill. Cool, who lives near the landfill, talked passionately about the impact WIN Waste Innovations has on his quality of life.

Mike Cool encourages local residents to attend the Feb. 5 public comment meeting hosted by the Ohio EPA regarding expansion plans at WIN Waste Innovations’ landfill in Fostoria.

The public comment meeting will be hosted by the Ohio EPA on Monday, Feb. 5, at 6 p.m. at Stacy’s Place, located at 625 Plaza Dr. in Fostoria.
