Seneca County 2022 budget information
This post will serve as the home for all budgetary information for 2022.
The General and non-General Fund budgets were approved on Dec. 2, 2021. The General Fund budget calls for expenses at $18,928,067.26. The General Fund features certified revenue of $19 million. All three commissioners thanked County Administrator Stacy Wilson for her hard work on the budget, after she spent time working with departments on requests and changes. Several cuts needed to be made, as the initial requests or the 2022 General Fund exceeded $20.1 million.
