Seneca County 2023 Budget Information
This post will serve as the home for all budgetary information for 2023.
The General and non-General Fund budgets were approved on Dec. 1, 2022. The General Fund calls for expenses totaling $20,510,523.46, which is about an 8.6-percent increase from the $18,878,067.26 that was initially approved in 2022. All three commissioners thanked Fiscal Officer Barb Patterson, County Administrator Jaime Wolfe and county staff for their hard work in getting budgets approved for 2023. The 2023 General Fund budget figure is a balanced budget, as the Seneca County Budget Commission certified $21,150,000 as the projected General Fund revenue number for 2023.
The non-General Fund budget for 2023 totals $40,949,341.32.
