BOE provides last-minute instructions for March 19 Primary

As the March 19 Primary nears, the Seneca County Board of Elections (BOE) wants to remind voters of last-minute instructions to ensure their votes are counted.

March 17 at 5 p.m. is the last opportunity for early, in-office voting. Voters cannot cast ballots at the Board of Elections office on Election Day.

On Election Day, March 19, voting must be done at voters’ specific polling locations. The polls will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Absentee ballots must be postmarked by March 18, if they are returned by mail. To be counted, absentee ballots can also be dropped off to the BOE office by March 19 at 7:30 p.m. There is a dropbox located on the sidewalk in front of the BOE. It is monitored by security cameras and available 24/7.
